Your options if you have to miss a class depend on the type of class it is, and how far in advance you know you’ll have to skip. Check the class’ web page to see whether the class is swappable (ongoing) or not (series).
For an ongoing class (e.g., Puppy Kindergarten or Intermediate Manners), you can unreserve or swap that class up to 24 hours in advance online. By phone or email, we need at least 2 days in advance of your reservation to process your request. If you can’t attend a class and you do not unreserve or swap the class beforehand, the class is forfeit.
Series classes have a fixed start and end date, so you are expected to attend all sessions as scheduled. Swapping series class dates is not allowed and there are no make-up classes for missed days.
