Ahimsa has two types of classes: “ongoing” and “series”:
- Ongoing Classes allow you to change/swap your individual class sessions during your class enrollment period.
- Series Classes have a set beginning and ending date with content that builds from class to class. Series classes cannot be swapped or rescheduled.
If there’s an Ongoing class reservation that you can’t make, or a date you want to change, you can unreserve or swap that class up to 1 day in advance online. If you don’t unreserve or swap the class, the class is forfeit.
To login and swap your Ongoing class sessions, you will need your CLIENT ID which can be found below your Dog ID in any email with the subject line “Thank You for Your Order from Ahimsa Dog Training”.
