I'm loving the Kong Wobbler. It works for any size of dog. The video here is a pug figuring out how to use the Wobbler. My dogs took a little time to figure out how to get the treats out, too, but now they love it, and it still takes them a long time to work this toy. The Wobbler is easy to fill, too - just unscrew the bottom and put the dog treats in.

I find the Wobbler to be a LOT harder than the regular Kong and even harder than most food puzzles. My dogs really love it. It's too big to chew on, although one of my dogs can pick up the Wobbler and move it. But she can't chew the Wobbler, so it should be indestructible! She is 60 pounds and can easily chew the top off of a regular Kong.
