Agility Instructor Pritamo Kentala
Pritamo and her agility star!
Pritamo Kentala has been involved in dog training for over thirty years. She and her "roadside special" Noodge, began their adventures in dog agility in 1990.
In April 2004, Pritamo attended a ten day intensive training course taught by John Rogerson of the UK and earned the Canine Behaviour and Training certificate. One of the requirements of successfully completing the course, included training a dog from a local shelter to pass the British Canine Good Citizen exam. Pritamo regularly attends workshops taught by other dog training professionals to expand her experience and knowledge as a trainer and instructor.
Since Pritamo first started agility, she has adopted five more dogs to join Noodge as her agility partners. Five of Pritamo's six dogs were adopted as adults. All of them successfully compete in NADAC, USDAA, or AKC agility events throughout the United States.
Pritamo owns FunQuest Dog Sports. FunQuest offers private agility coaching, puppy introduction lessons, small group classes and training workshops.
