We offer one of a kind experience for dog and puppy training. We have rolling admission classes in Seattle and Bellevue, so your dog can start right away. The puppy classes have been rolling admission for years, but we by popular demand, we have made the adult dog classes rolling admission, too, starting with our March classes!

The Orientation is our free intro to dog training. 1.5 hours.
Puppy Kindergarten is our rolling admission program for puppies 8 weeks to 5 months old.
Intermediate Puppy is a 6-week "regular" class that follows Puppy class.
Dream Dog is our rolling admission program for adult and teenage dogs. Pick just the topics you want to cover, when you want to cover them, so you save time and money.
Growly Dog class is for dogs that act aggressively to other dogs.

What to Expect in Class

Our dog training methods are dog-friendly and people-friendly, too! You can learn more about techniques used in Ahimsa Dog Training classes in person at a free Orientation session.

In all classes, we will teach you to train your dog using a marker signal ("clicker training") and give you a free clicker. Use of the actual box clicker with your dog is optional, as you can use your voice or a hand signal to mark your dog's correct behaviors.

Most of our classes also include a free front-attachment walking harness to help you enjoy your walks right away while you train your dog to walk on a flat collar. We understand that every dog-human pair is different, and we help you train your dog in the best way possible.

Child Policy

Well-mannered human "puppies" are encouraged to come to dog training classes and play sessions. Children 17 or under must be supervised by an adult. We recommend at most two children accompany your dog.
