Dream Dog FAQ

What if I need more flexibility - I need different days each week or my schedule changes?

Once you sign up, you can log in and change your reservations to any Dream Dog sessions within the 6 week window. Mix and match classes and even seminars. So if you signed up for Basic Manners on Tuesdays, but can't make a particular one, just log in and swap it out for whatever you want, like the Fit with Fido class on Saturdays or Basic Manners on Sundays. You can swap out of classes up to the day before your session, and you can swap into classes at any time before the class.

How do I Log In?

There is a Login link at the top of every page on our website.  Click it once, then select the Dream Dog link.  (Here's a direct link). The order id is found in both of the emails we send when you register.

Who can take Dream Dog sessions?

All non-aggressive dogs 5 months and older should take Dream Dog. Puppies UNDER 5 months should do Puppy Kindergarten. Sessions with dogs are limited to 6-8 students.

How Do Drop-Ins work?

In addition to your 6 guaranteed sessions, you can drop into any session, on any topic during your 6-week class.  You just show up and put your name on the drop-in list, and it's first-come, first-served until we run out of room. Look at "Plan Your Day" schedule box on the home page before you go, to make sure the class is still happening and to see how full it is.

When you get inside the training room, write your dog's name on the drop-in board. Ask the trainer where it is if you can't quickly see it, so that you don't lose your spot.

How will my dog stay on track? I need structure!

See the class instructions in your emails. The classes have progress sheets to keep you on track. Ask the trainer if you need more difficult exercises.

What if I want some of each kind of class?

Once you sign up, you can log in and change your reservations to anything within the 6 week window. Mix and match classes and even seminars.

Some sessions are listed as "Seminars" - what does that mean?

Sessions listed as "seminars" don't have activities for your dogs, so we recommend that you leave your dogs at home, though you *can* bring them.
