I've been pretty successful using noise distraction techniques for stopping undesireable behaviors. I've successfully used treats to train him to sit and do other desirable stationary tasks. However, when trying to train him to do active things like playing fetch, he is so obsessed about begging for and getting the treats he is in no way focused on the task. What do you suggest?
