		<description>I suppose if you do need to leave your dog tied up somewhere, locking them is probably good.  That said, I wouldn't leave a dog tied out somewhere if you can't look in on them *very* frequently (every minute at least; i.e. a view from a coffee shop window, etc.) Even in Seattle, where I'd imagine theft to be pretty low, they could get hit by a bicycle, honked at, tripped over by a pedestrian, or just hugged by a child (which many dogs don't like).

Ruff wear is a good brand, usually. I bought their winter dog boots, though, and those were a flop...couldn't get them to stay on.</description>
